My husband and I pay €254 monthly for our pension insurance. For more than 15 days we have been waiting for them to supply us with an autocepap machine, my husband is sleeping in a chair because he is suffocating and the adeslas CPAP provider is giving us pause, first that it was not authorized, FALSE, then that they come the same day next and today they don't have machines and we have to wait for them to arrive, but they don't know when. I complain about the situation again to my Adeslas health insurance, which is who I pay monthly and they tell me that they can't do anything, that they have already done everything, that I should complain to the provider, which is Linde. But where has this been seen!!??? Am I going to complain to the Adelas supplier? I have nothing to do with Linde, that is their supplier. Linde tells me that I have to put up with it, my insurance Adelas can't do anything and that's how we are... there are people who die from this disease, they lack everything!!! And on top of that they don't give me any phone number to complain... my hands are tied... the worst of the worst...

To begin with, they have called me from a clinic, to which I have not provided my information, saying that the Algeciras office has told them to call me, I don't know if you know that giving my information without my consent is not done well and that Therefore we will leave a note with the patient's Data Protection Agency. You give me the solution publicly, I want to go to Centro Fisio Algeciras, that is the clinic that appears in my book, I don't care how you do it but I am going to go to Centro Fisio and if I have to stop paying for them , I stop paying it and you will see that you will soon call me about non-payment. It's enough to laugh at us
Bad attention, worse treatment. They don't even listen to you in writing. The lack of empathy is amazing. They look like enemies instead of your insurance company. Do not forget that they live on the insured. Humility is a virtue, practice it and you will feel better.
I have a torn meniscus and until I went a second time and threatened the lady in the office to give me her name, her employee number and a complaint form to report, they didn't pay me any attention. (All this after going to the Astarté clinic, La Salud and Policlínica Santa María following the guidelines that were given to me the first time I went to the office the same day; I insist with the torn meniscus and paying for the transportation myself). Going ethical and legal in this country does not achieve anything. Insurance payment annually around €570... plus social security... plus VAT (like every good citizen, I cannot declare in B because I would, because seen what I have seen...). In short, they are private officials... unfortunately, as soon as I recover, I will bleed the insurance and I will unsubscribe. The worst thing is that they will look for a way to defend their mismanagement, everyone here washes their hands.
It's becoming more and more like social security, they give you appointments with no delay. It is seen that the doctors are not happy with the company. The offices do not open in the afternoon, and the online application has not worked for several days. Getting worse.
